The outdoor hot spring was a real highlight. The room was ready with a pre-ordered bottle of wine for my arrival. I enjoyed the cozy fireplace after a dip in the hot tub. The location was perfect!

I found the free bus passes very useful. They made getting around easy. The bus service eliminated parking worries downtown. The views from the outdoor hot tub were very nice. The availability of coffee and cocoa near the whirlpool was a plus.
Some aspects of the hotel appear outdated.
